Caroline

Caroline started her career in Swindon moving to London 10 years later where she worked for celebrity hairdresser, Stephen Way in Bond St, and styled among others Melanie Griffiths and Antonio Banderas.

She then moved to work for TV Hairdresser, Charles Worthington where she created styles for a number of celebrities and had the privilege of working in his acclaimed UK salons.

An award winning hairdresser herself, Caroline moved back to Swindon in November 2003 to set up her own salon, a lifelong dream of hers.

Rachel - Manager

Rachel has worked for Caroline from apprentice to manager.

Rachel’s artistic and creative flair coupled with her professionalism and friendliness has made her a great asset to the team. She excels in her colour techniques and she has self aptitude for design. Rachel has taken part in a professional photo-shoots where the photos have also been used for further advertising in promotions, magazines and in the salon.

She has been on stage twice representing the salon; Salon Spring at the G-Mex Centre, Manchester and Salon International at the Excel Centre, London , both on behalf of the Good Salon Guide.

She organises VIP makeovers, working alongside prestigious photographer Tobias Robins in Old Town, Swindon. Rachel is one of the team members who designs the hair and make-up for these photoshoots. Rachel also specialises in weddings, both hair and make-up and has done many both on and off-site.

Rachel is a trained A2 assessor, teaching hairdressing, working alongside SPAN training and helping the apprentices achieve their NVQ qualificiations. Rachel also does spray tans, ear piercing, make-up and ear-candling. She is also a Redken Consultant and can assist all clients on their hairdressing needs.

Zoe - Stylist

Zoe did her work experience at our salon where she worked very hard and she has been a great team member ever since. Zoe has completed all her tarining at our salon and has achieved stylist level. She has entered SPAN competitions and won first place and been placed in others.

Zoe does the theory training in the salon to help the apprentices achieve their NVQ qualifications.

Chanel - Stylist

Chanel did her work experience at our salon, where she worked very hard and has been a great team member ever since. Chanel is stylist level in most skills, she is now working on cutting experience. She has entered SPAN training competitions where she has been placed 3rd out of 90 entries.

Lucy - Beauty Therapist

Lucy runs a very busy beauty department. She covers all aspects of beauty including spray tans, nail extensions and ear piercing. Lucy is very experienced in advising brides on their wedding make-up as well as applying their make-up on their big day.

Lucy has attended baby shows where she has demonstrated some of her beauty techniques. Lucy is a very calm and relaxed individual who gets on well with everyone who meets her. She has modelled for a local photographer advertising new products.

Nicky - Trainee

Nicky is working towards her NVQ qualification. She is doing half-price colours and perms to help her learn and to gain experience.

Nicky is a very friendly and easy to get on with.

Josie - Trainee (photo to follow)

Josie is a very keen and hard-working young lady. She has gained much experience in hairdressing and beauty. Josie is able to do styling of hair with a hairdryer and/or straightener including GHD curls.
